Zeng Qi, Member for ABAC China and Chair of the Connectivity Working Group.

Zeng Qi is the Vice President of CITIC Group Corporation Ltd.

Previously, she held a number of senior management positions at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), including Deputy General Manager of the Operations Management Department, Deputy General Manager and later General Manager of the Settlement and Cash Management Department, Vice President of ICBC Hebei Branch, and General Manager of the Personal Banking Department.

She holds a doctoral degree in law from Peking University. She was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois and is a recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance.
