Janet De Silva is the Canadian Co-Chair of the Canada–ASEAN Business Council.

She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Toronto Region Board of Trade, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Retail China Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Life Hong Kong operations and its joint venture in Chinese Mainland.
