Ho Sy Hung, Chair of ABAC 2027.

Ho Sy Hung has served as President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) since November 2025.

Prior to that, he served as Vice Chairman of the Commission for Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) from October 2018 until early 2025, when he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance in March of that year. In March 2026, he was officially elected as a deputy to the 16th National Assembly of Viet Nam.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Economics and a doctorate in Economics, with a focus on economic management and national economic planning.
